By all means I'm not claiming to be rich bbecause I'm not. My condo was the cheapest I could find for waterfront. Most are ~200k.

yeah that house I bought for 70k, now worth 130k and only going up every month. Have fun owning an apartment though. I am sure you still owe more than 150k on your condo also, I owe 18k on my house. So technically your assets aren't worth shit other than your crv. All my cars are paid for except my fiat I just got last year. And the acura tl makes 260-270 whp it's an 07 and woulda spanked your slow ass turbo crv see that? I can actually afford to buy a newish car, it's like you assumed I had a first gen TL or some shit. You were the one that brought up saying you built faster cars than me, I just put you in your place simple as that. Most likely even the cars I have built that were mine were faster than most of the shit boxes you have "built"

I just enjoy putting the idiot in his place, then he claims he is trolling when he looks and sounds like a fool. he brings up building faster cars then I have, then says he doesn't care about mine nor my past cars. Makes sense. I guess nothing he has built was able to pull the front wheels off the ground(oh yeah slow turbo civics can't do that)

My condo actually cost less than my house in which both were paid off completely. Stock TLs don't make 270whp you're a fool if you think that. Ask anyone on my friends list about my living situation since they're all aware that I sold my house with garage 2 months ago and this deal with the condo went through last month. The house was nice but too far in the boonies and top far from work.

NN to lie man, you said you were renting the old house out 2 months ago(aka moving out of parents basement) takes longer than 2 months to get a house on the market and completely sold and to buy a new place. But continue with the fairy tale. The 2007 acura tl is at 258-270(yes I am naming flywheel because why would I dyno my stock car they still run low 14's which is just as fast as a heavy crv making 240-250), still doesn't come close to the fast that you have never owned nor built a faster car like me as you said. But again you have brought up what you supposedly built I just pointed out I have been a part of a complete build of a 700 rwhp ws6, plus my own car which was full bolt on cammed and on a 150 shot never got it dynoed or to the track as I ended up selling it when the slicks finally came in.

I should also add in that I am in the process of getting all the permits and licensing of opening my own business, but ok yeah your assets are better, your river front property in portland CT must be so nice. I am on lake front property with 2 very nice beaches within 15 minutes of me. And I can go to miami in about an hour and a half if I feel the need. Or one of the wayyyyy nice beaches we have down here.

so let me get this straight, you bought and sold a house within a month then bought the condo within the next month? sorry but i call bullshit to it. Your post 2 months ago in a thread on this front page said you were renting out your old house to then buy a condo, how about you get your story straight. Still waiting to see what cars you have built that are even better/faster than even my slowest one I have built, the 300whp b16 turbo civic. Or what cars you have owned that are even faster than my stock acura tl, because your 240-250 whp crv wasn't thats for sure.

Still prefer my house I bought for 70k, that has a lake across the street, and daytona and cocoa beach within 15 minutes over an overpriced apartment that you paid 160k for and still owe most of it on I am sure.

Are you delusional? Renting out my house = me moving out and having people rent it out. They wanted to rent to own. They decided to go ahead and buy it a week later, I'm sure you can find that in my recent posts. And I got the condo a month ago = August which is exactly what that other thread says.

And how you figure a vehicle with 270 at the flywheel can stomp a vehicle with the same weight and roughly same power but at the wheels is just purely flawed logic.
