did lots of work this weekend and started the car this morning, now waiting on couple electronics before he sends for tuning, might try it himself lol.
still needs to wire up lambda sensor, change injectors/pump, and the computer, the car ran on idle today.

moked up the manifold/turbo, cut a part of the engine mount so it would clear the waste gate actuator. quick touch of paint, note it all burnt up after start up...

after completing the piping puzzle we finally managed to hook up the fmic


car runs as is, we refilled the coolant whit it on idle.

lil vid i took , we get sprayed by overflowed coolant that was on the fan when the fan starts, and couple seconds later some debris hit the fan, seemed to be some rust that accumulated on top of the fan shroud.

received the new computer with 2 chips and an usb port, only missing the burner now, its stuck at the customs. we plan on tuning our selves now.

Don't forget going in reverse, moving back slowly.. then slamming gears into 1st - hard.. while still moving backwards to warm up the tires to then move forward with a burnout..

turbo talon injectors are in, we had to grind the inside of the oe o-ring to make it all fit, shits getting serious, wired resistor box for the injectors and also alero map sensor is hooked up. only need to hook up the ocmputer properly now with the lamba sensor.

ok so the car is now wired up, and we managed to start it up and get it to idle with crome program, wont be burning any ruber soon, it is not so simple for first timers haha, still having a blast doing this.
