So what you are saying is, he should have waited for someone to smash the windows and pulled the family out to beat them up, and then run. Because he shouldn't leave or do anything until someone ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY hurts them? Do you know that the bikers wouldn't actually hurt them? Think about what I just asked... DO YOU KNOW THAT THE BIKERS WERE NOT GOING TO HURT THEM?

yes i do know they were not going to hurt them....because they didn't.

just like a police officer...you aren't allowed to use deadly force unless someone is actually threatening your life.

had they pulled his door open...then yes he could of used deadly force in a lot of states.

had they smashed the windows...then yes again this is a time when you can use deadly force.

nothing about this situation that has come to light so far justifies it though. he claimed they cut his tire on the front passenger side of the vehicle with a knife...now how on earth would he of seen this happen? does he have the ability to see through metal? his story doesn't add up at all.

you would get arrested because you are still probably breaking multiple laws by doing so.

they would draw their weapons and tell you to drop yours...if you don't comply and come towards them then you are about to become friends with a taser or pepper spray.

now apply that to this situation. shouldn't be too hard.

bikers were hindering his ability to drive himself, his wife and his child. fearing for their safety that he may get into an accident because a group of bikers, with a past history of violence, are fucking with him, he did what he could legally, and got the fuck out of there. him striking a biker as a result of trying to flea the antagonizing bikers, is perfectly legal.
