From the sound of the press conference the evidence put in front of the jury led to an obvious decision even without the toxicology report.

I know some really good mx racers that ride high as a kite. It's still not a good idea though.

It still slows reflexes. He has become accustomed to it and compensates for it. Weed isn't a PED. I'm not worried about it either. Obviously he drives very well while high.

for all we know he could of ripped a blunt at a party a week ago and thats what showed up on his analysis.... doesn't always mean he was high at the time

honestly, it doesn't impair me at all, it allows me to focus a lot better, it does not slow my reflexes one bit, Things I have done driving while high have amazed some friends, things I have had to avoid. Being run off one side of the road through like a crossover into oncoming traffic, and then swerving between oncoming traffic to get to the turn 50' down the road. Honeslty I think if I weren't high the panic would have made me wreck. Yes it can be impairing to a select few, to most, it's more for nerves I would say. The world's view on it is so skewed it makes me sad.
