Mods just help you get to high speeds faster. I can go 120 in my truck, it would just take a while to get there.

Right after I bought my WRX I was on my way to visit my parent's place and there was a looooooong straight road with no one in sight. So I put the petal to the metal, decided to stop when it hit 145 mph (since it's just stopped raining, even though the car hugs the ground like no other...)

On a motorcycle...probably about that same speed.

LS1 swap, 6 speed, and you'll be good for 165.
