Maybe in Canada?

You aren't safe in the US unless you are doing 260k. They are still going to try and they will call in backup and a helicopter unless you break line of sight immediately.

As if cops would do that anyway. Over here they'd do roadblocks and seal off the area if they lost someone in a chase whilst scrambling the air support. That would scan over miles until it found the car it was after muaha
