I've always wanted an e46 m3 as a daily but I don't enjoy wrenching on bmws.

i havnt owned a non american car street car (the bmw 4 banger dosent count) in uhhh like 7 years? i had a 92 4 door sentra that we had for 270k miles and beat the ever loving shit out of and it always begged for more

that's how my first car was. '99 camry...

before I knew about cars... drove it for 4,000 miles with literally 0 oil in it... idk how it ran... eventually threw a rod out the side of the case and that was that lol.

bought a baja bug right after, and been hooked ever since.

I cracked my oil pan one day on my civic but didn't notice and drove without oil for 2 weeks. Drove perfectly fine for another year before I sold it lol

Instead of diving right into my blinker issue, and potentially getting frustrated..... I figured I would do a couple of the smaller tasks, just so I can make some forward progress.

So last night I finally got my fuel tank pre pump plumbing installed. Super tidy. Sooo much better than the Rube Goldberg setup I had before. Definitely worth the effort.

Overkill and clean; just how I like it.








Today I'm going to work on the CV axles. They need to be disassembled, powdercoated, and reassembled with fresh grease and boots.

Gotta keep crossing things off the list....

shoulda stripped the blue and anodised them same color

i have a customer who just dropped a check, that wants everything that i can get anodised all the same color..... car is going to take forever....

yeah man that's what you're going to pay for the color. There is a nice one near me with like 80k miles for 13k but it's across the country from you, it's like the only laguna one I have seen reasonably priced

I'd opt for the second car, and have like 3 grand on hand for initial repairs/maintenance.

Either way, its going to be hard to find one that isnt beat to piss...

Yup. Touchdown baby. Fuck creepers. I'll take a piece of cardboard or a blanket anyday. Jack stand life means height is a premium, and me being 6' 1" with a long reach doesn't help the situation.

i have a buddy that works for Dinan and i have him on the hunt, he knows way more and has connections so well see what he comes up with

Alpine White is my favorite color in that car. White on luxury car's just looks classy in my eyes, very clean and sleek.

GL with search, I have wanted an e46 m3 for 10 years just other cars seemed more practical for the certain use.

Hopefully I can get one in the next year after buying my second house and starting my new job.
