Remember he is probably basing that off of his speedo and not a GPS. If it is off the typical 6-8% at 174 thats actually like 162 which is about where it should be.

Looks like an f3/f4 600 so yea... the speedo's are about 12-15mph off at 150+ (according to a GPS though so who knows...)

My f3 does 160~165 depending on the conditions

All he 1000's do 186/187. That is what they are limited to from the factory. Honda/Yamaha/Kawasaki/Suzuki Agreed to limit their bikes to 300km/h for safety reasons when the 1000's launched.
