since you have much more experience than me, would you mind helping with most of my mods? i just really want someone that knows what their doing before i fuck shit up

Lots of things need to be taken into account during assembly with an LSX that you don't have to do when building a SB or a BB. Call SDPC or TSP. They can hook you up with an assembled, reliable short block for pretty cheap.
