Did that for a couple of weeks with my last STi. Wasn't my thing. Stealth doesn't work if your exhaust is loud as heck.

I eventually want to go E85, but this time around I don't believe I'll be doing a FMIC. Gonna stick with TMIC. Revolutions Performance quoted me to have about 300 WHP if I did option 2.

Seemed really low to me... but I guess elevation plays a huge factor. My end goal is just 400 WHP. Was hoping to do this on stock internals and keep my daily drivability, but I highly doubt that'll happen.

is 400whp realistic without a FMIC and Upgraded turbo, say if you were to take option 3?

it seems like everything else considered I would just jump into option 3 (or save a bit longer and get 3) and do it right as proven parts and coating for heat extraction ect. will net the few extra ponies to be able to reach your goal, when adding other future upgrades to option 3 later.

It's staying.

Well, the day you can afford an STi, you can go ahead and not put a roof vane spoiler on it.

I can afford an STI, I didn't WANT to buy an STI. The new ones look weird. I'm a Euro person all day.. So shh with your ugly second spoiler.

Probably not, especially with being in CO. <_<

*SIGH* I'll probably call them and go with option 1 for now, then save up to just go all out and prevent myself from blowing excess cash on multiple tunes for every piece I put on the car...

So I went with option 2.

Ordered my 1000 cc injector dynamic injectors, 255 lph Walboro fuel pump with install basket, and pnp adaptors.

Scheduled for my two tunes (91/E85) on October 2nd. Hoping to be pushing around 300 wheel ponies in this thin, crappy Colorado air.

The guy estimated 300 on a safe tune on E85. Also will probably be buying a GM E85 badge to toss on the trunk, thought it would be slick and clever haha. Still not 100% sure on it yet though.

But it'll be nice to pay $2.69 per gallon of E85 vs. the ~$3.97 per gallon of 91... good lord I can't wait.

Ordered a few more goodies today:

Perrin Turbo Blanket
Perrin Turbo Heat Shield
Grimmspeed Lightweight Crank Pulley (Red)

Considering to order a Mishimoto Radiator, was told it gives an additional 30% cooling efficiency. Contemplating... and for only $245 with free shipping, I may jump on it.

Thanks boss.

Perrin goodies and crank pulley came in today. Weather won't allow any installs though, so will just wait till Thursday when I'm at the tuning shop anyhow.

Walboro fuel pump nipple/knob/whatever you want to call it, broke during shipping. Had another one overnighted, should be here today to finalize my install and tunes.

Fingers crossed I get 300 awhp <_<

If you dont reach your goal just tune it a little fat and squeeze a 25-50 dry shot when you need the extra power. It should make a very noticeable difference

Numbers are in! Ended up reaching 306 AWHP and 367 lbs of torque, the most the shop has ever seen on a stock turbo!

Spent all night racing and whooping ass until I got whomped but a nicely upgraded ZL1 Camaro from a 20 mph roll lol. Dudes exhaust made my ears pop and I still have a headache from being stuck half a car length behind him most of the race until he went in 3 or 4th gear and just ttyl'd me.

I'll post the Dino sheet later. Might have some videos of any of my passengers took any last night.
