i dont know where unlawful imprisonment came from that sounds like a sketchy charge at best. but what he did to cause the wreck was captured on video. he can claim whatever he wants most of us have 2 eyes and can pretty easily see him cut the guy off turn around and let off the throttle.

and fmx douchebags like these are who gives motorcycle riders a bad name. i would say 4/5 people on crotch rockets act like they are riding professionally on a closed course. they speed and cut and weave through traffic. ive seen it countless times. in order to get respect they first have to respect others also. like you said we share the road its not a fucking racetrack

i like the guy that went in and told the judge the day after this that he was staying out of trouble lol. some of these guys are idiots.

i have no trouble distinguishing the order of events. you have the inability to realize the obvious guilt on behalf of the bikers, something i dont quite understand...

watching the video again, i realize why you must think he isnt guilty... he is plain out fucking stupid, and i guess people with commonalities feel like they should stick together.

still missing the point of everything i said. i never once defend the brake check idiot......the only thing close to defending him was saying the suv driver should of been far more cautious given the situation because he didn't even appear to try to avoid hitting the idiot in front of him.

the point i'm arguing is that the suv driver should not get away with running over people simply because he watches too much sons of anarchy.

Ha. i don't know why your trying to defend the bikers and say the suv should of moved over to let the bikers pass. in the video, many biker PASSED in the right and left lane at high speeds and some sat in the blind spot. how yo u expect someone to move over? The road is for everyone to share. 2 wheels or 4. there is a reason why the left lane is called the "passing lane". if i recall, the right lane was ending anyways and became a off ramp. Either way, bikes are fast. if the suv was driving slow/ speed limit, pass on the left. doesn't take much effort for bikes to pass someone.
