What are you doing with your life? Me, I'm working as an LPN at a level 3 trauma center, buying a new house, having another baby and continuing my education towards a doctorial degree in nursing.

It's nice to have a sense of community here, and sorry if we butt hurt someone when they ignore advice everybody gives him. Of course, it's his shitty 240 that he's going to rice out, not mine.

Just closed on my second property last week up on the coast. Still have my condo in the southern part. Totaled my last Sonic by hitting a moose, got another since it was easy and the car saved my life. Got a CRV because it was a good deal and I really prefer AWD in the Maine winters. I’m currently a Disability Benefits Specialist, with an LLC for caregiving and an LLC for a glass gallery, just no physical location yet. May start a retail shop on the side for caregiving and glass on top of FT disability work. Also looking to purchase my first investment property by the end of summer hopefully, like a tenant building.
