im indifferent to the vane, don't mind it at all, im pretty sure they came on the 07s.

imo the bov and the intake are just noise makers.

also, make sure the harness for your supertones and the relay are correct. they originally sent me ones that were wired backwards and the relay was always on, and always draining my battery. took me about a month to figure out what the problem was.

For the 11-14 model, the only thing I've seen is the piece I have, which I've only seen custom made in the UK, and then SPT also sells a vortex generator.

I've never been a fan of the vortex generator cuz it's just a bunch of spikes on the back of the car.

Don't get why so many jsp'ers dislike the roof vane spoiler... so many Subaru enthusiasts have these on their 04-07's. Hm...

I personally think it doesnt flow well with the lines of the car. But its yours and who cares what anyone else thinks!

On the other hand, i think a rood rack would look great! haah keep up the great work dude.

I tried a Yakima roof rack, didn't look right. Plus I had already bought the roof vane spoiler, and it would look totally awful with both of those. Too many add-ons.

Just got a couple of estimates on a few routes I could go with, with the next set of upgrades...

1) Stick with just what's on the car and get a tune: $500
2) Do an E85 conversion with Injector Dynamics 1000 cc's, Walboro 255 lph fuel pump, install kit, and pnp adaptors: $2100
3) Everything in 2, plus a Grimmspeed up pipe and Tial 44mm external waste gate, and coating the down pipe + up pipe for heat sustainment: $3,160

Unsure of what route to go with at the moment... E85 won't be beneficial since I'm in CO and winter's gonna hit any second so I'm sure I'll be driving on 91.
The benefit of doing 2 or 3, is that I get my 91 tune and E85 tune for $750, vs. $500 for 91 tune, and then probably another $500 again down the road for the E85.

Well, the day you can afford an STi, you can go ahead and not put a roof vane spoiler on it.

If I could also afford an STi not only would I not put the spoiler on the roof I'd remove the one from the trunk as well and replace it with a stock Impreza trunk lid.

i think it all depends on what youre intentions are for the car. It would not make sense to do just 1 when you have full intentions of doing 2 or 3 regardless.
Also where are you trying to be overall with the car? Power wise. I local has the same car that he just posted a few dyno runs and I think he was 370-375 awhp. I believe he was on E85 with full exhaust and tune.

I really know nothing about modding Jap cars (outside of GT-R's) so if you think his mods doesnt sound right let me know and I can verify.

Did that for a couple of weeks with my last STi. Wasn't my thing. Stealth doesn't work if your exhaust is loud as heck.

I eventually want to go E85, but this time around I don't believe I'll be doing a FMIC. Gonna stick with TMIC. Revolutions Performance quoted me to have about 300 WHP if I did option 2.

Seemed really low to me... but I guess elevation plays a huge factor. My end goal is just 400 WHP. Was hoping to do this on stock internals and keep my daily drivability, but I highly doubt that'll happen.
