The stock WK comes with some shit plastic trim on the side skirts, I’m changing them out with steel rails. Especially since I fully plan on taking her on some trails.

It’s literally the only thing I wanted that this one didn’t have. They look like the original skirts, but just sturdy as fuck.

are they just like brush guards or steps? or are they actual sliders? any idea how much they stick out and what the wall thickness is on them

are you going to be able to actually lean on them?

Actual sliders, 1/8th thick squared sliders, they don’t stick out much.. They fit nearly the same as the plastic trim, but they can take a beating.. Watched a clip of a WK landing pretty hard over on the Rubicon.

It’s the mopar part, the only gripe I’ve heard is that they take forever to ship.

alright, well 120 wall isnt bad, thats what i have on my truck. they do dent and bend.


i assume they are bolted to the frame? my only concern is how close they tuck up to the rockers

i dont imagine you will really be putting your self in a position to USE them i just get worried about "factory off road parts" lol

Truth, lol. I couldn’t imagine putting my DD into the position where I’d have to worry too much about the sliders. I got them as a sense of comfort for those “oh shit” moments 😂.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that the Jeep would surprise me on what it’s capable of, but I doubt it’s capable of that 😂
