not familiar with terrain around there, might not hurt to grab some avalanche shit just in case.
this is not a mountain sled, i was only doing trail riding. Not much mountains around here worthy of avalanche gear unless i would do 6+ hours of driving.

I like a little survival gear on board too in case you break down alone or some shit. A cable saw is easy to store and make it handy to get firewood for heat if stranded, or cut brush to get traction to get out alone in deep stuff if you get stuck. I like to have a couple space blankets and some wire for repairs/snare making as well. Also lighter/waterproof matches and maybe a few fire starters just in case. It never hurts to be prepared. Have fun and enjoy the trails bro. Nice sled, I'm jealous.
i was riding with 2 budys. but yea if you are riding alone be ready to spend the night in the cold if your shit breaks down. and the trail we rode had decent amount of traffic.
we had a ~150km trip to our hotel but took a wrong turn at some point so did about 190kms to get to destination. The Hotel had a special striper sex show that night so we had a blast. went back down the right trail the next day and at some point i realized i had lost my tunnel bag. we said fuck it we are not turning back we had already did 100+km and i had the tow straps in my backpack at that point if my belt broke. overall i had a blast but had some hickups. for some reason my reverse broke as soon as the sled was off the trailer, i missed a curve and fucked my handlebar in a tree so the left side is slightly bent, lost my tunnel bag and my budy got hit by an oncomming rider and was sent into the woods his sled was all kinds of fucked up but was still ridable we made it back in one piece. goin back for more tomorow
