Sorry I didn't have time to respond. My next question was going to ask if it was getting on plane or not at 3200rpm. While such a small prop change might not seem like it should make a huge difference it certainly can if you are just shy of getting on plane. She may have run on that prop at one point. If so you are down on power just enough to keep it off plane.
