Rims are actually one of the top things I look at when buying a vehicle. .

Curious if you voted for Trump.

That would be my ideal truck, but I didn't want to get carried away. You got one I assume? Pics?

Mine is an 06 Gasser, I hate diesel smell and noise personally. The 6.0L puts out plenty of power to tow just about anything you will ever need to tow. I live in Michigan and plow with this truck, but if you take care of them, they last. And it rides nice going 80 down the highway as well, as long as you don't have real aggressive tires.

Nice ride and thanks for the feedback. My cousin has a new 2500 (non-diesel) and absolutely loves it. I live in PA but I won't be plowing with it.

Why not consider a Tundra? People I know that have them have no complaints and they are great trucks.

Also they can catch some narly air

Thanks for the info on the camper pulls. Definitely something to consider moving forward. A 2500 would definitely be better here.
I would be fine with a 25-30 foot camper, but I know she'll want something the same size or bigger than her parents.

I feel the same way with all 3 companies. All of their trucks are sharp. I prefer Ram but I'm not a fan of their new standard 1500 rims (the old look).
Rims are actually one of the top things I look at when buying a vehicle. I don't necessarily need chrome or 25's, I actually just like 20 inch forged finish.
If they don't offer forged then I am fine with stock as long as they are 20's. I will most likely get a more aggressive/off road looking tire.

if wheels are that big of a priority just buy aftermarket?

20" brodozers are a dime a dozen.

Also, if you are going to buy diesel, buy a cummins. That's a brand I am loyal to.

Specific rims aren't a must have, just something on my list of features that I prefer. Not a deal breaker, but definitely prefer to have something sleek. I've always like forged style the best but I will settle with alloy. I just don't want chrome.

Besides the obvious features most of these trucks come with I want a good set of forged or alloy rims, 20 inch. I want all LED lights. I want navigation, fog lights, heated/vented seats, heated steering wheel and bluetooth capabilities. Those are some of the options I would like since I have the opportunity to be picky this time around.

One of my main concerns though is space since I am very tall. Which truck is more spacious, anyone know? Also, which has the smoothest and most quiet ride?
