Fuck an HOA lol. We already have 5 vehicles so I have to play musical cars at times. My driveway extends straight up to my shop.

I wish man, we own a town house right now.. I'll finish nursing school and I already have my eye on one of two places.. One is 15 acres perked with 2 clear acres for 55k and another is a 2400 sq ft house on 7 acres. Just hope they're still on the market.
