If you're gonna use it once every 6 months because you never work on your own shit, just waste your money on Harbor Freight tools (as long as you don't buy anything with moving parts from them)
I would still suggest Snap-On though. Great tools pay for themselves over 20 years. Yeah that sounds like a ridiculous timespan but that's just how fucking good they are.
