Depends on what you want in your vehicle.
All 3 will give you reliablility in all climates.
I owned a 2014 LTZ Silverado, had a full exhaust put on, headers back. The difference in power in just that alone was quite a bit. Which was nice.
That said.
My cousin owns a dodge dealership and he let me drive a 2014 Ram Express, which is just a base model.
I got home the next weekend and went and traded the silverado in.
The Stock power difference was crazy. Ram is way better in throttle response. I didnt notice much in gas milage at all.
I then had it reprogrammed at the dealership. I put an air intake on it. and chipped. My gas milage went down to around 14-15 but my HP/ Throttle response was crazy
From previous trucks they dino'd with that chip, they figured that it added almost 75 HP+ the air intake they told me i was just under 500hp
If your looking for quality, by that i mean the simple stuff. The silverado wins everytime. For example, when fueling the vehicle i lean on the door. The chevy door would have that slight pop/ cave in. where the dodge does.
I love my Ram, I dont know if ill ever go back to chevy, at least not in the near future. The truck is alot more fun to drive than the chevy/ ford. ( GF's Parents own a 2016 F150 Sport)
Hope my input helps you a little
I would bet my title you're not at 500 whp with a "chip" and intake.
