3k? You've never had your balls. Save the money instead.

Pick up a 4 door gsr. They are usually 2500-3000 in the northeast for one with 150k+ on the clock.

Gsr integra, b series swapped 92-95 hatch or 96-99 if you don't care about weight. Stay away from LS vtec or b20/b20vtec swaps. LS is only meant to handle 7k recline and b20 at 6k. So swapping a head to go 8k recline with a short geared tranny will give you nothing but problems. Also stay away from preludes
