1. Visit brand websites
2. Choose models in your price range.
3. Present list to us.
4. Specify more wants/needs rather than being vague.

I wouldn't buy a new car with a stick if you've never learned. If you want to learn, learn on someone else's car before you make a large financial purchase. Then, if you feel like you have the hang of it and like it, make your purchase.

As for stick vs auto. There is nothing wrong with either, drive what you want and like.

Looking into these brands only Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet
It can be coupe or sedan dont matter
Good on gas efficiency
Pretty fast
Something im interested in is like the new toyota 86

Only problem is people say theres no point in driving a sports car if its automatic.. is this necessarily true?

No, that's not true at all. perfromance cars are now leaning to auto because the technology is faster and more efficient now. Get what you want, not what someone else wants. Like I said before, I wouldn't buy the stick unless you learn on someone elses car first.
If you don't want a stick, don't sweat it, it's really not a big deal.




Also, I would choose a 2017 brz over a 2017 86 in a heartbeat. I drive a 2014 brz.

4 Seater with power: Camaro
2 Seater with a sport car look: Brz

25k isnt much to play with tbh....

PS. Miatas are for fags. STIs are for vapers. GTI is for hipsters. Mustang if you want a crowd killer

Your claim of "the #1 selling sports car in it's class" isn't really saying much when the only other 2 seater "sports car" in that 24k price range class is your 2014 BRZ...

You know, I had to drive one once to help a friend move and I swear it was the gayest thing ever. I felt like such a fruit the entire time and I did everything I could to hide my face. It was slow, cramped, stupid, and ridiculous. Like a really big Barbie Hot Wheel, but with less power and more humiliation. The only things more queer than driving a Miata (much less pretending to enjoy it) are boning a fat girl, riding a bicycle in spandex or touching another man's hog. (And its not working... so keep defending it) The miata is a gateway dong to homosexuality. Not that there's anything wrong with that I guess, but you're not fooling anyone.

You can argue with me all you want, but its still not going to change the fact that when you're out cruising in your MX5, you're being laughed at. The only places you're safe in one is outside the Jalopnik trailer and the Blue Oyster

I hope you know that the Miata is mostly driven by men and it's a purist enthusiast care that's well respected.

Well son, I drive a real-man's sports car and I'm pretty sure that there's not too many people who will disagree that C7 is a well made machine; respected for both it's look and power. It doesn't scream "poor man's sports car."

I worked hard to be able to afford an actual sports car and as a result I earned the right to frown upon your "Miata." Maybe if you get to my level one day, your words will gain enough weight to disagree with me. Until then, you're essentially that fat chick trying to claim that all girls are "beautiful just the way they are."

Pretty sure that you will never find a "female" photographer to take good car pics for you. Girls aren't really into that. Sure they may want to be in your pics, but I'm not really into those types of women.
