To answer your question; after cat switching to the bigger pipe won't throw a code, it will just produce a different sound tone obviously. It'll free up some restrictions in exhaust flow but don't expect a performance gain.

Well if it's the 6.5 I hope the crossover fell off it's restrictive as f. It's like they made the bends with a sledgehammer.

Mine has a straight pipe, it's silly loud. Definitely doesn't sound awesome by any means lol.

if its a 22RE, there will be literally no difference other than sound, and it probably wont be noticeable

its the 3.4L v6, all I care is that it doesn't destroy anything with weird backpressures when I let off the gas.

I'm not looking for performance gain because I believe the thing has 3 catalytic converters, so theres all my power loss
