Muffler/resignator delete and a flowmaster or a magnaflow would probably sound pretty mean, headers are going to gain you some top end but probably nothing in low-midrange so it might not be worth the expense, headers are 600$ and labor isnt cheap to install them.

if its a 6cylinder car don't bother, we do them all the time and they all sound poopy (i work at an exhaust shop lol)
