Would it "idle"? Kind of.

Would it work for something on the street? With a big fucking stall and a learning curve yes

Yes. that cam with stock heads will be an absolute turd under 5000rpm.

well its going in my big orange truck thats not a DD by no means just want a old school muscle car sound to it
