I've never seen a car take more of a beating than my first (was a civic), drove it hard, like really hard, for about 2 years and never had to replace a thing on it.
It burned about a quart of oil a week, but I redlined that thing everywhere. I have had brand new vehicles give me more hassle than an old civic (was 10 years old at the time).

You guys can talk shit as much as yall want but my neon lasted me forever and at 250 000kms its still working fine beside the suspension. The engine/tranny is still perfectly fine

It was a 04 tho not a 1st gen neon
