Well, someone recommended me this cat cleaner stuff, so I tried it yesterday. Followed the directions, and about lunch time today, the CEL went off. IT WORKED! Didn't expect it too, but it did.

I don't think I can do that. The cat and header are one peice along with the O2 snesor. Then there is a secondary cat further back. I could see cutting out the secondary cats and re-priping, but not the header cats.

stock headers? You mean a exhaust manifold? >.>

My last truck with o2 sensor in the cat I just cut them both out and welded more pipe there worked great

And my mufflers..

Is it possible that your "fist cat" is a resonator ? than following by the real cat and the muffler ?

If so you won't need to replace the resonator (with O2 ) and you can just chop off the cat and weld a pipe there ?

B) If you do on the spot, be sure the fuel tank is 101% full an place your ground really near the weld spot B)

By headers I believe he meant leaders aka exhaust manifold

No he meant header, which is a manifold. There will never be a resonator in front of a cat. They need heat to work properly and always go as far upstream as possible.
