We had one of our semis go tits up the other week, it was on its side on an overpass, wood chips everywhere, the overpass was shut down for over 12 hours( main highway in the lower half of the province).
The cleanup involved a rotator(big tow truck) front end loader, skid steer, dump trucks for the wood chips, a dozen crew members or more police fire department, department of transportation and more .. Total cost was under 20 grand.
