yup, when there's traffic nothing is greater than just riding past them through the middle. Hell even on 1 lane roads with traffic, i would just ride on the shoulder and cops wouldn't do anything.

It's all good until a driver swerves out to see whats causing the slowdown ahead and you rear end them or get sideswiped. You would get pulled over bigger than shit for riding on the shoulder here. Don't get me wrong, I have a rocket and do stupid shit, but I am aware that its stupid shit when I do it. My main thing is going way too fast and someday a deer will come out and I'll die going 130 mph with a deer embedded in my chest. I have had too many people to count just pull right out in front of me like I wasn't even there on my rocket, but my harley is loud as hell and it rarely happens.

It happens man, some people just hate bikes period. I have ridden a long time and my best advice is #1 be loud as you can so people know you are there. #2 Drive like nobody else on the road sees you because half the time they are on their cell phones or yelling at their kids or whatever and really don't see you. Refer to rule #1. Loud pipes save lives.

Any time you act aggressively towards a bike rider while in your 5,000lb truck you are being juvenile. You are putting that persons life at risk from the safety of your steel cage. Who cares how dumb they act? Don't let it get to you. They will eventually get what they deserve. I've had people ride 3 feet from my back tire because they were in a hurry. They were too naive to realize they were attempting to kill me. Watch a few people die in front of you because someone sneezed or checked their phone and you will sing a different tune. Not to mention the lane splitting he was talking about is completely legal in his state.
