If price is of no concern, Tundra by far but Silverado/Sierra is the best value for your buck.

I bought a '06 Frontier because it was basically the only truck I could find in a stick.

there are plenty out there, but your right they are mostly in 4 and 6 cyl trucks and diesels

getting harder to find a 1/2 ton pick up with a v8 and a manual
