Where did I say do it or that it was okay?
I'm simply saying he is calling the guy a bad driver but couldn't do that even if he wanted to, he would probably have smashed into the second car lol..

its not hard to do that at all. You ever cut someone off? Now do it constantly and it's exactly the same. Takes no skill, all it takes is you being reckless and not caring
