Unless you have an excellent credit score you're not going to get a whole lot better than 3.9% for used. I suspect your credit score isn't great, so 5.9% is OK, but I'd see what the bank offers you as well as whatever dealership. New car dealership you can probably manage 3.9% if you get a co-signer. And it also lets you get the CPO (certified pre-owned) which is a used car where they give you a warranty outside the manufacturers warranty. Typically 2 years 40,000 KMs.

How do you define very low miles? Under 20,000, under 40,000, under 60,000? More? If it's towards the low end of that spectrum, you can find one or two year old lease returns, though they're pretty pricey. If you get lucky, you may find a 4 or 5 year old car with under 50,000 KMs, though they're rare and they sell really fast.

First time buyer 15-20k what?
tHat for real in the states? I've got quite a few friends with brand new trucks. All in the 40k ++ range. First ttime buyers all 20-24

But yea, don't rush anything. Do your homework and ask your parents or something. We have all had friends that fail and are miserable with a new vehicle their stuck with for 5 years plus.

lol just because a bank approves you for a 100% loan doesn't mean that you shouldn't put anything down. It totally depends on your income/pre-existing debt/credit rating.

I wanna go too the dealership due to being tired of craigslist cars.

I just want too know the basic run around i should expect. And good advice is appreciated. (Apr. How much i should put down etc)

Anything helps i will be hitting Google just wanted some opinions here also

Get prepared for hell. Buying from a dealership sucks dead donkey ass. OK I'm kinda kidding. I've only met one or two car dealers that I actually trusted and even them I already had an idea of their profit margin.

Best thing I can recommend is don't take their first price.
Be willing to walk out and keep looking.

Before going to a dealership, know where the next closest dealer is with something similar. Straight up tell the dealer you're looking at whatever and next you're going to such and such dealer to look at something they have in stock. A good car dealer won't let you leave the lot. A good buyer will.
