So.

two days ago i made a 2hour trip to and back, so 4hour total of driving, the weather was around 95-102F?
i got a old 92 Integra.

what i thought happened was i hit a huge bump on the way back, which i did and cracked my radiator. and when i stopped my car at my house apparently my radiator was cleaned out. no fluid what so ever, and it would also drain out my reserve tank when i turned my car on.
we took it to a shop, because it was overheating and i need my car to get to work, its my DD. i couldnt drive it as is because the head gasket would blow.

i took it to a shop and they said the head gasket was blown because they couldnt find any leak or anything and did a pressure test. they even lifted up the car (they're very unprofessional and sloppy, but my dad trusts him for some reason, not gonna get into it, P.S. they curb rashed all around one of my wheels trying to park it. sigh.)
we took it to a professional acura mechanic and he told us in 30mins that the fan motor was blown causing fluid to gush out the reserve tank.

but what im afraid of is, what if the liquid coming out from somewhere from a different problem causing the Fan motor to blow? and the actual problem is something else and not the fan itself.
also scared of a blown head gasket because i cannot afford to get it fixed at a shop.

what are your opinions.
do i have a blown head gasket (No bubbles or milky substance on dip stick, no excessive exhaust smoke)?
or is it just gonna be replacing the fan. (it got too hot and just malfunctioned when i finally turned it off)?

just looking for some opinions.

well theres my original post if anyones wondering.
im very scared since the guy told me i have a blown head gasket. but we're not certain anymore because the guy who did the compression test is very unprofessional, his expression is like "i dont give a fuck", his shop is run out of a gas station and its very messy and ugly, he curb rashed all around one of my wheels and denies it completely.
if i do have a blown head gasket now, im going to guess he blew it, he told me "i had it run all day to check for leaks, no leaks so its your head gasket and i think its blown". he's a chinese dude and idk why but im asian, but i cant really trust chinese people, they just money pinch you so hard when it comes to shit like this.
the reason why is because i cherish my B17, so i really dont push it at all. i barely hit vtec, i probably hit vtec 2 times a week just for fun. so theres no way i went to such a high enough RPM to blow my head gasket. and when i noticed the problem i did not let it go past 3/5's of the temp gauge. and always refilled it with water.

and i just feel theyre so lazy, they put it on a machine, looked all over for leaks and they couldnt find anything wrong at all?. yet some acura specialist finds that my fans not working in 15-20mins.
im just hoping its my Fan which im replacing today, so my cooling system can start working again, therefore fixing the problem, hopefully and not have anything to do with this blown head gasket business which would cost me roughly around 1300$.

Can you turn a wrench? You said your rad is cracked and coolant leaked out.... Fill your rad and resivor back up and borrow or rent a pressure tester. If your rad is cracked and your coolant is leaking that's probably why it's overheating. After you fix your rad bleed the system. Once you have your leak fixed, get your car to operating temperature and pop the hood stand in front of your car and monitor the fan see if it kicks in if not report back.

If you can't wrench I would take it to a Honda/Acura dealership.

FYI rad on those is about 10-20 min to replace I did one the other day, the rad was cracked.

i said i thought it was cracked due to a big dip in the road
according to mechanics i took it to, its not cracked because its not leaking. whats leaking my fluid is the resivoir not being able to cycle because my fan's motor is blown.
but im more worried about the head gasket, what would your opinion be on it, according to what i described in this topic do you think its blown?

I'm not a mechanic and everything below could be false.

Head gasket has nothing to do about rpm.

You could've burned it when your engine temp was going high with no coolant. Normally, cylinder's are made out of a more soft material than the block itself so it's possible that a high temp could bent it. (ex : iron block + aluminium cylinders)

There are some tools that you can buy cheap and monitor the coolant. It checks for burned gazes from combustion and oil presence in it. open radiator cap WHEN THE CAR IS COLD, then start the car and try to see bubbles exiting the radiator.

You could also check spark plugs colors to see presence of coolant burning in comb chamber(white). Also check oil for coolant presence.(milk chocolate color)

The best you could do is bring it to a trustable garage.
