More progress!



Gonna get the cold piping done today, start and finish the exhaust in a the next two weeks maybe. Get her tuned, align it at work and we're good to go!
Super excited, this car has never moved under its own power in Canada EVER until now

3 inch from turbo all the way to 4 inch blast pipes

That would get you so many tickets here where I live

The turbo kinda muffles it quite a bit compared to the same exhaust on an NA car.
That being said, it'll still be loud. I have a couple of friends that run a similar set up and haven't gotten hassled by cops so we'll see I guess. Don't think i'm gonna be driving it on the street THAT much.





Car looks cool though, free front bumper! Didn't last too long before we started cutting it up.

No update on the 180 but I put away the FC (I haven't seen it in a week even though its in my garage) and I miss it so... You all get a picture of it and what replaced it as my daily.

2003 Forester, almost 290k. Bought for $250 with destroyed engine (snapped t-belt). Got engine for free.

180's back at the unit. Everything fabrication wise is finished.
Just have to run the lines to the catch can from the rocker cover, double check everything and it's off to go tune/dyno!

Engine bay looks much more complete with all the piping done.

Digging that fc. My next car will most likely be a t2 if I can find a mint one.

good fucking luck there, few and far between now a days. Unless you are ok buying a pre modded one, finding an unmolested t2 is next to impossible
