See if anyone around rents a steam pressure washer. Would probably be best bet

There is a product called pull it out that worked on my garage floor. The previous owner had an old mopar that leaked really bad. You degrease and clean the spot leaving just the stain. You spread the Pull it out on the stain and it pulls the stain out, drying to a powder. Once dry you sweep it up. It took 2 applications on my stain.

It does. I've used it multiple times to pull oil off from concrete.

I did it when I moved into my latest house. There was a 12"x12" dried puddle in the driveway that the sun baked in and it pulled it out. Took a full can but worked.
