Thats because i petitioned njag about removing the block a couple months ago due to not being able to say "engine bay" in the motor sports subform without it getting all fucky..
After a couple messages back and forth the block was removed.

actually its been gone since last year, i had a conversation with him and quite a few others. and came to the resolution, thats why some combinations still show up blocked and others dont.
