all drivers in that bracket are retarded?

Not sure where you're going with this..

Not going anywhere with it, thats exactly the point. There are more corvettes racing because the corvette is a poor-mans race car. At any given time you can find piles of corvettes in car selling magazines and online for dirt cheap because they are a dime a dozen.

There are more corvettes racing because they're tried and true. You can buy a 40k car that does the Seca at the same speed your 140k viper will.

Sorry man, you won't win here. I'm not saying I don't like the viper, or even the challenger.. But arguing that a corvette is a poor mans race car is asinine..

It really comes down to what you want out of a car.

Hey... I'm buying a c7 z06 and i'll tell you right now, that stock 2.9 sec 0-60 is practically impossible to attain on any other car under 100k

Only competition i think is the porsche 911 turbo s? Which costs like what 2x the price?

And the 3LZ Z06 is 95k MSRP... I don't think a hellcat srt owner with 60k msrp has any say in calling a higher end car "poor man's"

I have a GM Supplier discount code so I basically buy any corvette at 200$ over invoice. No negotiations needed. I'm sure I can convince them to sell at invoice. Either way, price will be around $95k with tax. Prices may vary depending on options. (EX: Most Americans do not get the 2000$ option for competition seats as they are too "small and/or uncomfortable")
