Pirelli for ATs? Why would you recommend those?
I've never ran into someone running Pirellis for a purpose vehicle, especially off road.. Imho Pirellis are overrated and moderately priced...

If you want ATs, either do BF Goodrich A/T Ko2 for something a little more aggressive, or the Michelin LTX M/S or A/T2

If you want mudding tires, Goodyear Wranger M/Ts, they are a lot more expensive, iirc around 180-200 ea, but they are completely worth it... Also check out the Toyo M/Ts

And if you want just M/Ts with no road care you want to get Super Swampers SX

Great truck tires for the road. Good ratings for snow too.

also to add- not too noisy either.

Best lift kit that size imho, rough country is overrated.. Rubicon Express makes great parts and warrenty their parts for 90 days.

I bought the kit from Quadratec. It's the same you're recommending but the 2" version... With obviously a different shalloo of parts. :(

Didn't see the 2nd post.

So in a lift kit, you're looking for a few things...

1. More clearance
2. More durability
3. More ROM

You bought a body lift "kind of" with some beefier shocks... It's hardly a lift kit...

If you're dead set on that small of a lift, it's not really a project.. The smallest I'd ever do is a 4 inch lift. If you're doing a 2 inch lift to shove a little bit of a larger tire in the fender well, than you aren't doing it right.

Yeah okay. I can go the 3.5" route... I do need clearance, as I have officially learned. I'm being towed as of this very moment. Didn't make enough clearance to forge water so I think I may have gotten water in the alternator and/or air filter. The car slowly started dying and required more and more revs to get to move forward, so I shut it off. Check engine light came on shortly after. Now it won't start.

Update. Water has drained and it now starts. I shut it off immediately anyhow. Idled rough. Ugh.
Edit: forums claim that it could just be water in the spark plugs and to pull em and blow air in the plug housings. Supposadly notorious for having crappy seals/caps? Meh <_<
