Politely tell them to go fuck themselves.

the funny thing is that if you tell them no, they have done all the labor already for free.
if you tell them yes, but only at a lower price. they tell you they cannot discount labor on a set price repair.
then you remind them they are doing all the labor for free if you say no, and they give you a dirty look.

my subaru dealership wanted $90 for cabin and engine air filters. i think it cost me $25 to do it myself.
i hope they don't take me off the list for the free track day because of it.

Come now; there's no way you could get as high of quality an air filter online as you'd get from a dealership.

Where else are you going to get your air filter lightly sautéed with saffron and truffle oil, before it's installed in your car? Nowhere, that's where.

Dealerships are best, period.
