yeah I know you want a custom box. Are you planning on re-using your old subs? or are you trying to get a custom molded box with a sub that will hit harder than your current setup?

Is there any sort of electronic controls on the center console? If not, it'll be easy.

I feel like that would sound horrible and it wouldnt sound as hard inside.

i know a guy that had a mid 90s s10 (typical big system truck of that day) and he made like a custom box in the front of the bed and had a tunnel between the bed and cab that was sealed off with rubber weatherstripping so he had the room and the sound both. i think he had 4x 10s or 4x 12s i cant remember. there wasnt any worry with losing bass

idk why you need more bass than the factory offers
