*e/ - I would not put cheap, shitty rims on it. Assuming a used set from craigs list or junk yard won't be cheap with it being such a new car.

my 2008 equinox sport sucks hard in snow. the tires are sport and wont go anywhere in snow. im gonna have to invest in a second set of wheels and some winter tires for it also. its fwd too.

Most reputable car shops won't put used tires on wheels anyways. Buy a set of steelies

I looked around and ended up getting used (looks like new) Chevy 5 spoke aluminum rims/wheels for $300 CAD that are very similar to the stock ones that came with the car.
