the build did 15.60 at the 1/4 and still managed to break an engine mount lol. its very fun to drive.

That is almost as fast as a brz.

the car is pretty much dialed in at 15-16 psi and did a 15.6 second run at the 1/4 on winter tires and broken engine mounts
car now has new clutch disc, lightened flywheel/crank pulley and some 20-8 r13 slicks ( goodyear eagle) so i think it will see 14 seconds next time.
i just so happen to drop by during flywheel installation

here are some random goodies for my budys tacoma, the head is getting new valves and the intake got cleaned, and headers will be added

the engine is now held down by yonaka engine mounts, the whole car is now ratling from the stiff engine mounts.
You can really see the difference with the lightened flywheel and new clutch disc. the engine really revs quicker and gets back down to idle instantly, the clutch grabs hard.

i got a feeling that with new clutch/engine mounts and drag slicks the car will be breaking cv joints

13.95 pass on the 1/4 yesterday. I think this shitbox is a success, still holding.
