It's paid for by EI. I wanted this specific company, their double everyone els. It's strictly 1 on 1. They charge the max EI will pay ( $400/hr) taranis training . That's why it took so long, I had paper work, medicals, everything. a couple days of rrunning around getting all the info I needed.

6 weeks, 210 hours. Start Monday.

8400 bucks? Ouch.

Who are you going through?

It's been a few years since I went through it now but IIRC it was around 4200 bucks for a 4 week course at ATS in sun prarie, wi. (i think the CDL part is called DDS Diesel Driving School)

That nut will come right off if you pop it with an impact. Even a battery impact will work. A little heat on the nut will help.

If it was me i'd replace the whole clutch assembly and start fresh but only after i found that broken tab. You don't want that floating around in there. You are about to find out that some clutch parts like the hub and basket are expensive.

I did. Local dealer wanted over 600 for everything lol. It's an old bike and I will get it running regardless. But for me to spend that much money on a 92 st once it's going to be a full motor rebuild.
I found a basically brand new oem complete clutch for $150, really good shape and from reputable dealer. I'm taking the gamble. The basket was the killer part. At over 300

And I got 14 days no matter what to return the clutch. The more I look st this thing the more I see neglect written all over it. You never really see it at first glance. Not till you get into it.
My biggest thing now is this motor better last the summer. Not like I race it, I just have my doubts now.

Hell, on a 2 stroke that's the cheap part. A vertex piston kit is under $150.

Dude, you bought a dirt bike nearly 25 years old. You didn't think it's ever been beaten on during it's lifetime? The good thing is, it's an old 2 stroke. They are not that hard to work on and pretty cheap.

Run some good gas and oil in it and go like hell!! Hell with those 4 stroke fart boxes. Gimmi the screaming 2 strokes! bbbbrrrrrrrraaaaaap!

Fun ass vid 2 stroke vs 4 stroke=

I guess I just took my buddy's word for it haha. Obv it's been beat on, and I see evidence of it. Now I do anyways, not a huge deal. But. After listening to him talk about it, he, and just hear me out. He ran 20:1 mixture. No kidding the bike ever ran right. But he drove it a few timea and parked it.

Oh great bike, few small problems. 650 come pick it up tonight. But in all seriousness a bike this year/current shape is dam near 2000 in my area. So heh

Past weekend I went out riding my buddy's 400 4 stroke. and I honestly like it. I almost loved it. Except for the weight, so much low end, just honked top end past his 01 kx250, and would cat walk like no tomorrow. A total pig on the trails though.
