well considering a factory alarm wont go off for breaking glass and doesn't have nearly as sensitive shock alarms, I'd say an aftermarket alarm would do a lot.

You have no idea what you're talking about, just go away.

It's not about the car getting stolen. Its about catching the thief in action and putting a bullet into their skull (Or at least take a few warning shots to scare em off). And/or vandalism which happens a lot.

That's a pretty terrible argument.
If you leave valuables in plain sight that's your own damn fault.
You can barely see in my car with the tint and I know not to leave valuables out where they can be seen.

Clearly I have completely misunderstood the purpose of car alarms.
I thought it was just a theft deterrent not so I can catch the thief so that I can shoot them. Warning shots? Absolutely ,but I'd still rather avoid the whole ordeal if possible.

I set my alarm off for over 20 minutes in the grocery store parking lot earlier this week after my key fob breaking and the car thinking it was being hotwired. My alarms pretty damn loud too. You know how many people came to see what was going on or called police? Zero. I was on the shady part of the parking lot too. Maybe my experiences is an isolated incident but still.

Nope this is true. People don't care an alarm is going off. I personally don't pay attention to one going off either. Society where everyone goes about their day.

An alarm isn't going to stop someone from damaging your car or stealing something they want. When people want something bad enough they will get it.

It would. The proximity sensor would go off before you even got a spray off and my 2 way remote would go off on my nightstand next to my bed. I'd grab my gun and head out the front door and get 2 shots off before you could spray 3 letters.

Get a better alarm then. There's 2 way remotes/device apps/connections that have built in alarms now so that it doesnt matter whether or not you can hear the alarm attached to the vehicle.

You must not know about 2 way alarm systems either...

And you'd be in jail for the rest of your life for murder Bc the bullet would come back down and hit me in the head
Sweet trade off
