Not sure about quality or performance

For 3k he will get an older mk2-mk4 gti that has mileage and decent quality, but performance.... not so much in the older ones unless you give up gas mileage for a vr6.

I used to be a nitro guy but honestly, you can't go wrong with electric now.

Shits cheap to run, cheap to buy, and just as fast if not faster than a nitro car.

Besides, I've never had a nitro truck take the beating that my slash has so far lol. Only thing I ever did to it was put a 3s in it to make it jump higher/further
