How durable is the wrap? And how long does it last?

Probably 5-7 years depending on where you live. Probably more towards 5 years.
Edit: depends on the vinyl quality of course.
Since these are solid color vinyls and not printed vinyls they will last longer than a printed/laminated vinyl. However, I'm in Houston and I'll be happy if I get 3-4 years out of it before it looks like ass. That's a 3M 7 year vinyl that I used.
It's all about how you use the car after its wrapped. If you DD it and it sits in the sun during the day. It's not going to last the 7 years. If its a trailer queen and sits in the garage 99% of the time. The shit will probably outlast the car.
I took a chunk of drywall to the front nose of the car last night on my way home. I was going 85 and the car in front of me kicked it up. I prepared for the worst but when I got home all I did was wipe the white powder off the car and I couldn't tell where it even hit me at. It's more forgiving than paint but it will tear if someone was to give you a decent door ding.
We wrapped an old srt8 hood I had at my house to see what it would hold up to and I was shocked. We shot it with a paintball gun with frozen paint balls and it never tore the vinyl. It did dent the hood but the vinyl was fine. Nothing really sticks to it like paint. Eggs wipe right off after being baked in the sun. I like it.
