looked up parts myself, about 640 including core prices. Tires another 500-600 including mounting etc

so we come to about 1100 in parts and about 2700 in labor

BTW how long did you neglect your car to have it in such bad condition? Steering, electrical, brakes, and tires. 4 different categories.
