It sounds like a quantum fission plug, you need to find some radium and shove some in ur gas tank and then lick the tailpipe

you need to charge your batteri if not replace it and your fuel is probably turned bad you need some fresh fuel, make sure its got oil in it and it should start with a good batteri and good fuel
