you should really check your wires going to the starter and make sure they are all tight. also check your ends at the battery. sometimes they just get loose and cause erratic problems.

also can you at least tell us the basic info about the car? year make model engine auto or manual. it does help if we have an idea of what your vehicle is.

This is the guy with the Acura that had his trans blow apart due tk a bad clutch install by a shop.

Lol was fine for a day haha.

2006 acura rsx type s

I'm going back today in about 2 hours. The battery was overcharged, could that have messed up my starter? Battery is rated 450 and it was at like 700 if I remember correctly. Dumb asses put my battery on a charged while my car was at the shop, the battery was brand new.

Didn't have time to check the wirings since school and homework, but so far its started up fine. I started it up like 8 times from home - donut shop - school - gas station- school.

personally I'd tell the shop that you are fed up with their incompetence, then call a lawyer and file a suit.

Lol have you ever used a lawyer? Lawyers = cash just to sit down and talk. It would be retarded of him to spend a fuckload of money trying to fight a company when there is a more than likely chance he won't win shit. His mistake was taking back the car before making sure everything was fine. Now that he's taken control they could argue that he's a younger guy beating the shit out of it.

What would you sue for? Best case you win a civil suit for negligence on their part. You get reimbursed for the cost of having another shop look over their work. You get a couple grand for them wasting your time which will barely cover your legal fees.

That doesn't make any sense.

Ever pop the hood on a ford fusion or other murican fwd cars? Don't be that tool looking to flame something for no reason... just makes you look even more clueless to cars  wait.. nvm, all makes sense now

Of every dodge ive owned, its never been the case. All simple to work on and never a need to remove a bunch of stupid shit to replace a common replacement item, like a starter, etc.. I only own cars worth having, sorry. lol

A ford fusion, allthough a decent enough looking car in some aspects, is completely useless for what i have vehicles for.

If i cared about mpg, and had a family, it might be a nice car. But i dont have a family, and i dont care about fuel economy, Hence my 2 door gas guzzling challenger.
