Definitely boring in rwd with shitty tires and no weight, just going too slow. I guess I'm more familiar with rwd cars in the snow so idk wtf I'm doing in an awd car (never owned one).
I kept my pathfinder in 2wd all the time no matter how big the storm unless I fucked up and got stuck
Hammer the gas. It will move, and you have more control/speed in awd or 4x4. Vs that basically no steering and slowing mid drift in rwd. I'm not talking a dusting of snow, where rwd >
but actually a couple inchs/feet
I got no problem driving my truck in 4wd through town during a snow storm, but the mud tires make it impossible to move sometimes up a hill at a stop/turning
